VFA-2 Cruise Video is 15 minutes of Awesome!

It seems like a new (and increasingly awesome) Navy aviation video is released every week or two, and this one is no exception!

This video, courtesy of the VFA-2 Bounty Hunters, gives there perspective during the USS George Washington's (CVN 73) cruise from its forward deployed base in Japan to Norfolk, Virginia, for an extensive overhaul. The cruise took the George Washington around South America, giving the pilots of VFA-2 and their Super Hornets plenty of opportunities to do awesome things (and record them!)

The full video includes both tanker and buddy refueling (when one Hornet refuels another), air-to-ground weapons employment, mock dogfights with other Hornets, carrier landings and takeoffs, and enough low-level passes over the carrier to make Maverick jealous!
